Graduate in Environmental Sciences from the University of Granada and with a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from the Antonio de Nebrija University. Specialised in the management and treatment of food products unfit for human consumption.
For the last 4 years, he has been working in the company ReFood as a commercial technician, where he advises clients on the correct management of food products and how to minimise food waste, always based on current management regulations.
