Alberto Gómez Arenas
He graduated in Forestry Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1985. In the same year he began working as a Forest Fire Extinction Engineer in Valsaín (Segovia) and later joined the civil service of the Valladolid Provincial Council, where he requested a leave of absence in 1991 until the present day. It was during this period that he founded the company Perica y Gómez in Simancas (Valladolid), and six years later he set up the company Amatex in Cabrejas del Pinar (Soria).
In 2007, he became a founding partner of the company Rebi in Soria and from that moment on, the restructuring of the Amatex-BIE group began and the creation of Centrales de Calor con Biomasa de Soria, Centrales de Calor con Biomasa de Castilla y León and Centrales de Calor con Biomasa de Castilla-La Mancha.
Alberto Gómez has several patents and utility models such as UBM (mixed metal-wood safety barrier for use on any type of road), Silentium panels, mixed wood acoustic screens.
