Juan Antonio Tébar Chumillas
Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), Master's Degree in International Business Management from the UPM, postgraduate degree in Management Development from the Institute of Higher Business Studies (IESE), postgraduate degree in Public Affairs Management from the Centre for Innovation in Law - Comillas Pontifical University and Strategic Innovation programme at ESADE.
He began his professional career in 1998 as an intern at the Chair of Aircraft at the School of Aeronautical Engineering of the UPM, and later as a design engineer in the Military Transport Division of EADS -former CASA- for the A400M programme. Since 2008 he is part of the CDTI staff, first as Technician of the Framework Programme Department, then as Head of the Framework Programme Department and later as Head of the European Programmes Division.
He is a member of the Spanish Delegation in the Strategic Committee of the H2020 Programme, Spanish representative in the group of Member States of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), member of the Spanish delegation in the Airbus Intergovernmental Group and member of the Board of Directors of ENSA (Equipos Nucleares, S.A.).
